Privacy Policy – Reel Replies

Reel Replies is a private tool operated by Manar Attar that automatically replies to comments on Reels posted by the Instagram account @manarmeta.ai. It is not offered to other Instagram accounts.

What data we process

When someone comments on a Reel by @manarmeta.ai, Instagram sends us the comment ID, the comment text, the commenter's Instagram username and ID, and the ID of the Reel. We use this only to decide whether to reply and what to reply.

How we use it

• To post a public reply to the comment, and optionally a private message in response to that comment.
• To keep a short activity log (comment, reply, status) so we can avoid replying twice and troubleshoot problems.

Comment text may be sent to an AI language-model provider to draft a reply, only if that feature is enabled. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.

Retention

Activity logs are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted.

Data deletion

To have your data deleted, email manarattar77@gmail.com with your Instagram username. We will delete all records about you within 30 days. Deleting your comment on Instagram also stops any further processing.
